Hancock Medical Center helped kick off our "fitness for life" health/weight contest.  With the help of Zumba, Yoga, weight training, exercise machines, woman's circuit room and the heated salt water pool; Nautilus Plus II Fitness Center will give you the tools and the encouragement to reach your fitness goals.

We offer many membership options, including a no membership "one day only" guest pass.  Classes can be purchased separately or are included with 1 year membership.   Call for special offers including married couple and family discounts.

Custom classes- do it your way!
No time for group classes, need to fit things into your busy day, your way, the way that you need?  This is the answer: your own custom class created by you for you!  We have the space, a mirrored wall and a DVD set up for you (and a few of your friends if you'd like) to have a class of your own, any time you want (during business hours and if no organized class is already using the space).  Zumba, Tai chi and many "as seen on TV" exersise programs available.  The use of this room is included in your membership.  Let's see how much fun we can have?
